About the event

ABCRGR has kicked off the "Thriving in a 21st Century Church Post-pandemic World" project to help churches adjust and flourish in today's world. This project is all about giving churches the tools they need to get creative and expand their ministry work. In this online session, we'll break down what the project is all about and what's in it for churches. We’ll also go over what churches need to do to join and the kinds of projects the grant money can support. There will be a chance for Q&A. Make sure to check out the details at www.abcrgr.org/thriving before joining the webinar. We'll record the session and upload it to the site for later, but being there live means you can ask your own questions.

This webinar is hosted by ABCRGR Executive Minister Rev. Dr. Sandy Hasenauer with Candi Cylar and Lesleigh Carmichael, two members of our Ministry Architects consulting…

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We acknowledge with respect the various native peoples on whose ancestral lands we worship. We encourage every member of our community to learn about the original inhabitants of this land. We are committed to cultivating meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities in our region and supporting their efforts to fight systemic racism that continues to harm them. We pledge to listen to and honor them as they speak about their experiences regarding oppression and cultural genocide. They are the authorities on their own history and our role in that history. To acknowledge this land is to recognize and respect that the air, water, land, and all that inhabits them are intertwined with the spirituality of these people.
